Sunoras (la web sunoras.com y la app Sunoras para Android, com.gamoras.app) es un arcade de juegos espaciales de Glenlake Soft SL. Esta página explica qué datos se usan y para qué. Contacto: hi@cronokids.com.

Sin cuentas ni datos personales

Para jugar no hace falta registrarse. No pedimos nombre, correo, teléfono, fotos ni contactos. Tus récords, niveles, puntos e idioma se guardan solo en tu dispositivo (almacenamiento local) y se borran si borras los datos de la app o la desinstalas.

Contador anónimo de partidas

Para saber qué juegos gustan más, la web y la app envían a nuestro servidor (Cloudflare) un aviso muy pequeño al abrir el menú y al empezar y terminar cada partida: el juego, el nivel, cuántos jugadores, si se ganó, los puntos, la duración, el idioma y si es la web o la app. Va con un número aleatorio creado en tu dispositivo (no es el ID de publicidad ni identifica a nadie) para poder contar cuántos jugadores vuelven otro día. No usamos cookies para esto. Solo lo vemos en estadísticas agregadas y se borra automáticamente a los 180 días. Cómo eliminar tus datos: sunoras.com/eliminar-datos.

Informes de errores

Si el juego falla en tu dispositivo, se envía a nuestro servidor un informe técnico para poder arreglarlo: el mensaje de error, la parte del código donde ocurrió, en qué juego estabas, la versión, el idioma, el modelo de navegador y el mismo número aleatorio de arriba. No contiene datos personales y se borra automáticamente a los 180 días.

Tu opinión

A veces, tras ganar una partida, el juego te pregunta del 1 al 10 cuánto te gusta y, si quieres, qué mejorarías. Lo que respondes se guarda con el mismo número aleatorio, el idioma y cuántas partidas llevas, sin nada personal (no escribas datos tuyos en el texto). Se borra a los 180 días.

Publicidad en la app (Google AdMob)

La app de Android muestra anuncios de Google AdMob entre partidas (nunca durante una partida). La web no tiene anuncios. Para mostrar anuncios y medirlos, Google puede recoger y tratar datos como el ID de publicidad del dispositivo, la dirección IP (y de ella la ubicación aproximada), información del dispositivo y de la app, e interacciones con los anuncios, y puede usarlos para mostrar anuncios personalizados. En el Espacio Económico Europeo, Reino Unido y Suiza, la app te pide antes tu consentimiento con el formulario de Google y puedes cambiarlo cuando quieras desde el botón «Privacidad» del menú. También puedes restablecer o desactivar el ID de publicidad en los ajustes de Android. Más información: cómo usa Google la información de las apps y política de privacidad de Google.

La app está dirigida a mayores de 13 años.

Todo viaja cifrado (HTTPS). Como no tenemos cuentas ni datos que te identifiquen, no podemos asociar ningún dato a ti; aun así, puedes escribirnos a hi@cronokids.com para cualquier consulta o para ejercer tus derechos (acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición). Para los datos que trata Google, puedes dirigirte a Google.

Sunoras privacy policy

Sunoras (the website sunoras.com and the Sunoras Android app, com.gamoras.app) is a space arcade by Glenlake Soft SL. This page explains what data is used and why. Contact: hi@cronokids.com.

No accounts, no personal data

You can play without signing up. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, photos or contacts. Your records, levels, points and language are stored only on your device (local storage) and are deleted if you clear the app's data or uninstall it.

Anonymous game counter

To learn which games people like most, the website and the app send a tiny notice to our server (Cloudflare) when the menu opens and when each game starts and ends: the game, level, number of players, whether it was won, points, duration, language and whether it is the website or the app. It carries a random number created on your device (it is not the advertising ID and does not identify anyone) so we can count how many players come back another day. No cookies are used for this. We only look at it as aggregated statistics and it is deleted automatically after 180 days. How to delete your data: sunoras.com/eliminar-datos.

Error reports

If the game breaks on your device, a technical report is sent to our server so we can fix it: the error message, the part of the code where it happened, which game you were playing, the version, the language, the browser model and the same random number as above. It contains no personal data and is deleted automatically after 180 days.

Your opinion

Sometimes, after you win a game, the game asks how much you like it from 1 to 10 and, if you want, what you would improve. Your answer is kept with the same random number, the language and how many games you have played, with nothing personal (don't write personal details in the text). It is deleted after 180 days.

Advertising in the app (Google AdMob)

The Android app shows Google AdMob ads between games (never during a game). The website has no ads. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process data such as the device's advertising ID, the IP address (and from it an approximate location), device and app information, and interactions with ads, and may use them to show personalised ads. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the app first asks for your consent with Google's form, and you can change it at any time with the “Privacy” button in the menu. Age

The app is intended for people aged 13 and over.

Security and your rights

Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS). Since there are no accounts or data that identify you, we cannot link any data to you; even so, you can write to hi@cronokids.com with any question or to exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection). For the data processed by Google, you can contact Google.
